The ITIL 4 Strategic Leader: Digital & IT Strategy is designed for the candidates who need to develop learn about the new technologies that affect the companies in all industries and how business leaders respond. An example of a topic that will be discussed during the ITIL 4 Strategic Leader: Digital & IT Strategy training is a new perspective on ITIL which encourages discussion regarding the ITIL Concepts and how to use this on a strategic level.

ITIL 4 Leader: Digital and IT Strategy certification is a two-part assessment:

part 1: Practical assignments during the training course
in-class, 4 practical assignments (in-group), based on a case study,
graded in-session (the trainer evaluates the outputs of the assignments)
open-book
the fulfillment of all 4 assignments is required for the candidate to take the multiple-choice exam
part 2: a multiple-choice exam after the training course
60 minutes,
30 questions,
pass mark 70% (21/30),
closed-book
